His key skill lies in envisioning & delivering complex projects to various customers. Manish has worked with various governments and corporations to deliver innovative solutions which meet their needs and are cost effective.

Karun, 39, has a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from FMS, University of Delhi. Karun also has 16 years of experience in Information Technology and has in the worked for companies like IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and Dassault Systems. During his career, his responsibilities have encompassed managing a variety of areas related to developing a business including managing Sales, Marketing, Hiring, Budgeting, Strategy etc.
At Vtechsquad he is responsible for Sales and Marketing functions. He is responsible for developing marketing strategies and driving daily top line metrics.

Abhijit, 39 has a Bachelors Degree in Physics and over 16 years of experience in Information Technology with the past 11 years in IBM. Abhijit has been part of the Indian W3C which has designed Technical Standards for Indian language usage on the internet, he has also been engaged with the Indian Government in their various committees on Web Standards.
At V tech-squad Abhijit is responsible for the Human Resources Practice design and execution. He is responsible for talent acquisition, HR branding, drawing up and executing onboarding, new hire training and continuous learning, apart from employee motivation and incentives.
